When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 14:00 (2pm) and ends at 24:00 (midnight); check-out is from 7:30am to 11:00am. If you wish, on your departure day, you may leave your baggage/luggage safely guarded at reception and pick it up later in the afternoon after you have spent your final hours visiting San Gimignano.

What credit cards do you accept?

VISA and Mastercard.

What are your cancellation terms?

Bookings may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours (2 days) before your arrival. After, any other cancellation will be charged the cost of one night's stay. For RATES NON-REFUNDABLE the charge is immediate at the moment of booking and without any refund for cancellations, modifications or no-shows.
NEW YEAR'S EVE BOOKINGS can be canceled without incurring any penalty up to 10 days before your arrival. After those agreed upon terms, the entire booking charge will be made as a compensation for the late cancellation.

Are there parking facilities?

No. The hotel is within a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) but one may access the following parking facilities:

  • In a private garage, at a cost, near the hotel
  • In a garage, at a cost, outside the walls of the city and which you can reach by city bus or transport service offered by the hotel. To qualify for the complimentary shuttle service fro and to the hotel from the parking area on your days of arrival and departure, please book on this website.

Do you offer Wi-Fi connection?

Yes. Complimentary Internet Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the hotel's premises.

Do you offer a non-glutinous menu?

We do. Upon request, our Le Terrazze Restaurant cooking staff can prepare non-glutinous dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Do you organize tours, excursions and/or wine and food tastings?

Certainly. Our staff will organize for you guided tours in San Gimignano and all of the other cultural centers in Tuscany. Upon request, we can arrange tastings of wine, olive oil, sliced meats, cheeses and other local, typical products germane to our region.
